The motorhome has travelled 62200 kms and with a GVM of 4,400 kg, you can drive it on a standard car licence.
At the front of the motorhome the cabin seats swivel to integrate with the living and dining area. A dinette and lounge is directly behind the drivers seat were you can relax &amp; enjoy a meal.
Adjacent to the entry door, behind the passenger side cab seat you will find a 3 way Thetford fridge with a cupboard for storage above along with a microwave.
Another important feature also found in the front of this Avan Ovation is the bed above the cab, which also makes this a ‘C’ Class RV.
Moving toward the rear of the Ovation you will find the remainder of the kitchen on the passenger sidewall. A sink and stove are both equipped with lids to help maximise your preparation space while an oven/grill combo and plenty of storage can also be found. 
The dry bathroom is opposite the kitchen and gives you the full height shower to the right as you walk in while the (New OGO Composting Toilet) and vanity are directly in front of you. A mirror can be found on the left sidewall.
The rear section of the Avan Ovation M5C is where the second living area is. A large club lounge with windows on all sides so you can sit, relax and enjoy the view. Then with the push of a button, the master bed descends from the ceiling and provide you with a comfortable night sleep.
I have fitted a new Thetford 3 way Fridge and a new Microwave oven plus replaced the original Cassette toilet with a New OGO Composting Toilet, Best thing ever, no smell and so easy to service.
Four new tyres were fitted around 15000K ago.
Tool Box &amp; Spare Tyre fitted on back of van (see photo) making it very easy when &amp; if you have to change a wheel.
