Purchased this Hino 1992 school bus to convert to a motorhome in 2019. Sold our old caravan with a bus conversion in mind for easier travel and set up in caravan parks throughout Australia. Spent a year of weekends doing the conversion with my wife (the architect/designer) and learning how to navigate through VASS assessments, electrical compliance, seating and sleeping, and finally the RWC etc. to fully registered with Vicroads. Lots of time, labour, phone calls etc. have gone into this conversion. A great learning adventure and a fantastic final result. Only thing is we are not using it enough. We are still working and a few years away from retirement. So we have decided to sell and give someone else the opportunity to utilise this incredible motorhome. We've had a few trips away and every time we use it, we love it. It is easy to set up, one 15 amp power supply, one mains water supply and one drainage connection to a drain point, (and there is also a grey water tank for grey water storage as well). Toilet is a Thetford cartridge model with a spare cartridge for change over convenience. Fully contained operating shower in bathroom. Hot and Cold water in kitchen and in bathroom. Hot water is 50L electric storage unit installed below floor complete with tempering valve for safety and compliance. New passenger seat installed to meet compliance requirements for VASS assessment. Seat is removable when on site and replaced with frame and cushion for extended lounge seating.Passenger seat was removed for lounge room photos. This seat must re-installed when travelling. Kitchen has a fully operational sink complete with flickmixer and a ZIP boiling and chilled water outlet. Large 240v fridge/freezer, 268 Litre capacity. Loads of storage areas throughout the motorhome both at high level and low level. Main lounge room area has seating for at least 10 people in comfort. TV is installed along with antenna, DVD player as well.This motorhome is fully air conditioned with two reverse cycle units installed within the internal storage areas for use when motorhome is hooked up to mains power.There are no solar panels mounted on the roof so no battery storage, but there is one Yamaha petrol generator stored in the below floor storage area, but a second Yamaha generator is required to be linked together for full power supply. (One generator will run the fridge, TV and one split system if required).Bedroom has a queen size mattress and side storage areas with bedside lighting as well. Mattress is elevated because of the large storage area under the bed. Bed frame is on gas struts for easy access to storage area. Bedroom also has lots of storage areas and is fully air conditioned. Very comfortable.The motorhome is 11 meters long, 2.45m wide and 3.4 high.  It has a diesel engine and a 120 litre diesel fuel tank with a km range of about 500 kms. In the three years I have had the vehicle, I have travelled about 5000kms, mainly between Broadford and the Rosebud Foreshore for the summer season.VASS assessment was completed in 2019. RWC and registration completed in March 2020. To get the RWC for registration, a lot of work was needed and proved expensive. New brakes throughout, compressor overhaul, bearings, fan blade and suspension completely removed and reconditioned, and many other smaller items. So a very mechanically sound motorhome that sailed through the RWC and registration. Vicroads rego is about $1530 per year.I have all the necessary documentation for the motorhome. This is a large vehicle/motorhome being 11 metres long, rolls along beautifully at about 95 km/hr and 2900 revs. Weight is around the 10000 kgs, rated for 13500 kgs.Motorhome is stored in Broadford.
