This 2004 Swagman Australis 28 offers a distinctive take on the large Australian-built motorhome, combining substantial mechanical specification with a floorplan designed around comfortable long-distance touring. With 176,746 kilometres, it is powered by a 3.9L four-cylinder diesel engine paired with an Allison automatic transmission and sits on a Roadmaster chassis with a 9,980kg GVM. Inside, the front living area sets the Australis apart from the more conventional Signature 28 layout. Four individual swivel seats are arranged around two flip-up tables, creating a comfortable face-to-face living space while allowing the front seats to swivel into the living area when parked. For longer stays, the Australis is equipped with a substantial electrical and touring package, including four 190Ah AGM house batteries, solar charging, a 1,500VA inverter and a 3.6kVA Onan generator. Two house air-conditioners, a diesel heater, front-load washing machine, 3-way fridge/freezer and hot water system further add to its touring capability.Swagman Australis 28 Motorhome Features & Specifications

Awning

4 × 190Ah AGM house batteries

Battery monitor

Solar charging system

1,500VA inverter

3.6kVA Onan generator

Diesel heater

2 × house air-conditioners

3-way fridge/freezer

Hot water system

Front-load washing machine

Microwave

Leather upholstery

TV

TV antenna

USB outlets

Filtered tap

Tank gauge

2 × 4 Seasons hatches

Security door

Electric entry step

Entry assist handle

External light

Chassis & Driving Features

Roadmaster chassis

3.9L four-cylinder diesel

Allison automatic transmission

176,746 km

9,980kg GVM

MR Medium Rigid licence required

Cruise control

Power steering

Cabin air-conditioning

Bluetooth cabin stereo

Reversing camera

Hydraulic stabilising system

Bull bar

Driving lights

UHF radio

4 × swivel seats

Towbar – 2,300kg towing capacity

For more information, please get in touch with one of our friendly sales team on (02) 4948 0433.Australian Motor Homes & Caravans stock new and used motorhomes, fifth wheelers (5th wheelers), caravans and campervans from a number of different manufacturers.
