The Mercedes Benz L0812A bus was expertly converted into a generous motorhome with 1.98m high roof and is fully insulated.  Very reliable and economical 4 cylinder diesel with LPG assist provides excellent economy with plenty of power to tow the car behind.  5 speed manual. Full alloy bullbar with spot lights.  Total length is 8m so big enough to be comfortable yet small enough to make it easy to drive and park.  

A third passenger seat has been engineered and can be used to replace the front facing seat at the table if required.  The table also folds down to accommodate a third person.
Internally features a full size island double bed, near new innerspring mattress with storage underneath, new carpets installed in the bedroom area, diesel ducted heating and roof top air-conditioning, 2 flat screen digital TV's with DVD, TV & Winegard antennae plus Vast satellite TV disk, radio/ CD, UHF and rear view camera.  A 150 litre 3-way fridge plus gas stove with grill and microwave plus plenty of cupboard space gives an easy cooking and meal prep area.  A roomy shower & marine toilet with hot water either gas or electric plus a 210 litre freshwater tank plumbed to water filters, grey & black tanks, LED lights, 20 Amp battery charger, 1000W inverter, 2.8 kW Yamaha inverter genset, 200 Watt Solar panel make for very relaxed living. 

It has a full size roll out awning with three detachable sides and has LPG and water access from the outside to set up an outside BBQ/kitchen.

This motorhome was used for 8 years to travel to North Queensland from Southern NSW for 3 to 4 months stints and is a very liveable home away from home. It has not been used the last two years due to health reasons and now it is time to let someone new enjoy it.

Can also offer a 2004 Suzuki Grand Vitara Auto with the towing hitch for an extra $4,000 if interested. Registered till September 2021.
