The Isuzu LT1 is an excellent base for a motorhome conversion. The LT1 has the ultra reliable 6BG1 turbo engine and is coupled to a 6 speed gearbox. It can comfortably cruise at 100ks. Being a rear engine bus, the engine noise is minimal (Unlike front or mid mounted engines). The bus mechanicals are based on the FSR/FTR trucks which are common throughout Australia. Parts are readily available though Isuzu.? The LT1 has flat laminated windscreens, easily replaced if broken. The LT1 also has 22 inch wheels and tyres. Making replacement choices easy and common. Airbrakes and engine exhaust brake is standard. The Motorhome has been converted properly with certificates. It will be sold with a Victorian road worthy certificate.

We converted our motorhome from its original bus structure in 2016. Motor and gear box reconditioned and in excellent condition. A few scrapes and scratches on the body of the bus, but we have had an incredible journey around Australia a few times ??

The driving cabin includes an Elite air adjustable drivers chair, swivel recliner for the passenger, UHF CB radio, Sony stereo, GPS, Air Conditioning and USB ports. The cabin interior also features a diesel heater and a triple lock security door.

The kitchen area includes a gas oven, gas stove top, range-hood, convection microwave, built in Waeco Fridge & Freezer, water filter system and large pull out pantry. The lounge dining area hosts a dining table and sofa, where you can relax and watch TV and Altech satellite TV. The bedroom is home to comfortable queen bed with bedside lamps, tables and under bed storage. The entire bus has a lot of storage throughout. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, vanity unit, dual flush toilet and linen cupboard.
