We use 100x50x4mm Gal steel for our Chassis powder coated to most colours.
Usually Black looks the Part with a popping pod colour.
Full sealed Chassis
Cruise-master independent suspension system with twin shocks.
Airbag man wireless air bag system.Fob included.All made here in Australia.
3.5 ton rated quick release Cruise-master DO-35 coupling.
Two rear recovery points.

WHEELS/TYRES

We make the G-47 standard with 18inch fuel rims and 35 inch Nitto tyres.
We can also match your vehicles tyres and rims.

POD CONSTRUCTION

30mm thick composite  wrapped in 650g biaxial fibreglass.Extremely strong and very light.
Moulded to one piece so there are absolutely no hidden joins or penetrations.
This is not a normal four walls , roof and floor construction method like almost every camper company out there.
Excellent insulation properties.
We use raptor 2 Pac exterior coatings for our paint work which we can tint to almost any colour and is perfect for the harsh elements.  we can also step it up and do metallic paint jobs.
