We prefer to sell our van and tow vehicle together as they are set up as a perfect combination. Although we will sell them separately, however the van would have to be sold prior to the vehicle.
After 9 years of full-time living and travelling our lifestyle choice is taking a different direction and it is now time to part with them.

VAN - Semi-off road dual axle custom built November 2015. &nbsp;&nbsp;$70,000
This is our 2nd van which we custom designed and had built to our requirements. It is a beautifully designed van either for full-time living or to indulge in comfort while travelling around on adventure holidays.
The Vogue+ boasts an extra-large ensuite with a very roomy shower. It also comes with a huge amount of storage cupboards / drawers and bench area, together with a Camec front load 4 kg washing machine.
The van has many unique features. As noted below, the van also has a 4 tonne ATM upgrade.
The window security blinds and fly screens are in perfect condition (sturdy &amp; strong flat style not the thin concertina style). The windows have beautiful sun block curtains together with separate privacy sheer layer in perfection condition. &nbsp;Additional lights, shelves and cupboards have been installed so storage is not an issue
After living and working in this van full-time since new we have found it has been very easy and comfortable to enjoy because of its design and the benefits of the custom build. The wide dining table [700mm] accommodated 2 laptops for us and a slide-out shelf above the fridge for our printer was a great benefit.
VAN : EXTERIOR
Apart from the many standard features it also includes –
ATM upgrade from 3500 kg to 4000 kg. This upgrade allowed us to have a substantial 1000+kg payload if required, keeping the van legal at all times as the original payload can easily exceed the weight limit with water, gas, groceries, clothes etc which most vans do struggle to maintain.
** it is not illegal to tow a van with a rated 4000kg ATM with a vehicle only rated to 3500kg towing capacity provided the van does not exceed 3500 kg ATM.

VEHICLE – 2012 Landcruiser 200 Series GXL – 234,000 kms &nbsp;$75,000
Mod Plate certified as 5 seating capacity [3rdrow seats removed].
This is an amazing tow vehicle and has been set up suspension wise to match up with our caravan size and weight. Not only does it stay within the legal weight requirements, it also tows effortlessly and with absolutely no sway.
The key feature is the Lovells “Platinum Series” full suspension and towing upgrade installed in April 2021 at Lovells Campbellfield Vic. As this upgrade was done post rego in Victoria it was a very expensive and time-consuming process, however in regard to safety, legality and insurance we considered it a necessity. Note that interstate buyers may need to verify their State requirements for re-registration.
Note – we have only towed limited kms since the upgrade [approx 5,000].
