It is a spacious camper, and great with kids. We pulled out some cushions and table to make room for a clothes cupboard. (Have put back the cushions and table) When open up the windows and side it has great breeze to keep cool, and when it rains windows can be left open with the poles. No leaks, even in extreme rain. It has been well looked after, seasoned, cleaned and re-applyed water proofing.
- New seals to stop dust and moisture getting in.
- Comes with 95 litre Waeco fridge.
- Port-a-loo toilet.
- There is a patch on the door screen. All other screen mesh is in good conditon and no holes.
- Some couch pieces are starting to peel, however you can replace the couch covers if wanted to, if using them.
- Metal poles have some rust as we don't use them anymore. We use the easy connector poles for set-up for awning, much better. You can have both sets if you want.
- Comes with rope and pegs as well.
- Annexe peices and shower tent have only been used twice, good condition.
