REGENT MONARCH CARAVAN VIDEO REVIEW
REGENT MONARCH
The Regent Monarch is a traditional Australian caravan built just the way buyers like. The 20ft 6in van has a meranti frame, 6in chassis, aluminium cladding and a new Country Road independent suspension system. With a tare of nearly 2400kg and tandem axles to haul, the Monarch requires a full-sized 4WD with a towing capacity of up to 3t to tow the Monarch fully-laden.
KITCHEN AND DINETTE
This is a good-sized kitchen with the facilities and space you’d need to cook up a storm. It has good bench space, a large fridge/freezer, a combo four-burner cooktop, rangehood, oven and the microwave is at a very reasonable height.
The Monarch sports a café-style dinette which is the preferred option of many RV buyers. This one has stylish, comfortable leather, large windows nearby and a handy tri-fold table.
THE CARAVAN WORLD VERDICT
For around $61,000, the Regent Monarch is well priced and has all the features a couple might want in a long-term touring van. And, as a bonus, it will go the hard yards off the bitumen and has everything you need to travel in comfort off beaten track.
